From 1 July 2024, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA) replaced the IPC, CrPC and Indian Evidence Act. The chamber's drafting reflects the new numbering and procedural requirements while continuing to draw on the deep jurisprudence developed under the predecessor codes.

The chamber's approach is to begin with a clear written opinion on prospects and risk, agree the strategy in writing with the client, and then execute — with regular briefings and full visibility throughout.
