Chambers Saket Court · Delhi High Court · Supreme Court of India
Flagship Practice

Trial-court grit and superior-court strategy, deployed for individuals and corporates in matters that demand both technical mastery and discretion.

From 1 July 2024, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA) replaced the IPC, CrPC and Indian Evidence Act. The chamber's drafting reflects the new numbering and procedural requirements while continuing to draw on the deep jurisprudence developed under the predecessor codes.

The chamber's approach is to begin with a clear written opinion on prospects and risk, agree the strategy in writing with the client, and then execute — with regular briefings and full visibility throughout. Fees are quoted transparently after the initial consultation, with phased and milestone-based billing available where appropriate.
