Advocate Mohd Yunus is a senior counsel based in New Delhi with a decade of practice across the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and the trial courts of Delhi — including Saket, Patiala House and Tis Hazari. The chamber represents corporations, public figures and private clients in matters that demand both technical mastery and steady courtcraft.

Born and raised in Okhla, Advocate Yunus carries forward a long family tradition of public service. His decision to read law was shaped by the constitutional guarantees that protect citizens against the asymmetries of power — a conviction that continues to anchor the chamber's preference for hard-won justice over easy settlement, and for honest counsel over comfortable advice.

The practice is anchored in two flagship areas. Mining law, where he advises operators, investors and landowners on leases, royalty disputes, environmental clearances and proceedings before the National Green Tribunal.
